Supply · Technology reselling
Marketing technology, sourced and supplied for you.
We procure the software, subscriptions, hosting and tools your marketing needs from third-party vendors, recommend the right tier, set everything up and bill it on one invoice. You get the technology and a partner who's accountable for it.
- Independent advice on tools and tiers
- Partner pricing passed on where available
- One invoice, renewals managed
Sound familiar?
- You're paying for seats, add-ons and tools nobody uses any more.
- Every tool is on a different card, a different renewal date and a different login.
- You bought the top plan because the sales rep said you'd need it.
- When two tools don't work together, each vendor blames the other.
- Nobody can say exactly what the business spends on technology each month.
What we deliver
More than a licence key
Stack advice
We compare options against what you actually need: features, integrations, usage limits and total cost over 12 to 36 months.
Procurement & licensing
We buy licences and subscriptions through vendor and distributor channels and register them to your business.
Setup & configuration
Every tool arrives configured, with users, permissions, domains, tracking and integrations in place. Not an empty account.
Consolidated billing
One monthly or annual invoice for your whole stack, itemised by tool, so finance can see exactly where the money goes.
Renewal management
We track every renewal date, review usage before it renews and remove seats you no longer need.
Vendor escalation
When something breaks, we raise it with the vendor and chase it. You don't sit in a support queue.

Frequently asked questions
Is it more expensive to buy through a reseller?
Usually not. Resellers often have access to partner or volume pricing, and we remove waste such as unused seats and overlapping tools. Where buying direct is cheaper for you, we'll tell you.
Who owns the licences?
Your business. Licences and accounts are registered to your company wherever the vendor allows it, and admin access stays with you.
Can you take over tools we already pay for?
Often, yes. Many vendors allow billing to move to a reseller, usually at renewal. We check each tool during the audit and plan the switch so nothing is interrupted.
Which vendors do you work with?
We work across CRM, marketing automation, email, analytics, CMS, e-commerce, hosting, security and productivity tools. If we don't supply a tool directly, we can still set it up and support it.
How does billing work?
You receive one itemised invoice, monthly or annually, covering every tool we supply. Payment terms are set out in our terms of supply.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your accounts are already in your name. We help move billing back to you or to a new supplier, and hand over all credentials and documentation.
