This website, lstechno.net, is operated by LSTechnologies Ltd ("LS Techno", "we", "us"), with its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake, Majuro, MH96960, Marshall Islands. What this policy covers
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit our website, contact us, request an audit or quote, subscribe to our newsletter, or become a client. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.
The personal data we collect
- Information you give us: your name, work email, company, website, phone number (optional), and anything you write in forms or emails, including details of the tools and systems you use.
- Information collected automatically: with your consent, analytics data such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (country or city) and how you arrived at the site. Essential cookies are set without consent where strictly necessary. See our cookie policy.
- Client information: when you become a client, we process account, billing and contact details, and we may have access to data held in systems we manage for you. For that data we usually act as a processor under a separate data processing agreement.

In summary, we rely on four legal bases: performance of a contract (to deliver the services you order), our legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries and keep our systems secure), your consent (for marketing emails and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time), and compliance with legal obligations (such as accounting and tax rules).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed with: - service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, email, CRM, analytics and accounting providers, under contracts that protect your data; - technology vendors, when we procure licences or services on your behalf (for example, to register an account in your company's name); - professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it.
The service providers this website currently uses are:
- Website hosting: Lovable, running on Cloudflare's network
- Database, file storage and staff sign-in: Supabase, provided through Lovable Cloud
- Form handling and newsletter sign-ups: handled by this website and stored in our own database, with no separate form or newsletter provider
- Email notifications about new enquiries: Resend
- Web fonts: Google Fonts
- Analytics: none at present. Analytics tools load only if we switch them on and you give consent.

International transfers
Some of our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become clients: 24 months after our last contact
- Client records: for the duration of the contract and 6 years afterwards for legal and tax purposes
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data: 14 months
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email ops@lstechno.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We protect personal data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access control with two-factor authentication, and least-privilege access for our team.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
